Roof Leak???

howdy all,

got a 2015 thor 35Sb, our 1st year in NV , and 1st year its not in storage during the winter and....water leak from the big black screws on top of the cabin, right above the drivers seat....called thor, they basically said I'm out of warranty as of june and the ext one doesn't cover it.....im shocked from Thors lack of responsibility on their product.....what do I do?

Find the leak and fix it ASAP. A small leak can cause a lot of damage if not repaired quickly.

Eternabond and Dicor Self Leveling Lap Sealant are excellent and choice for roof repairs.

You need to find the source of the leak and fix it - that is often harder than it sounds. I would spend a $100 or so and have the rig pressure tested ... that should identify all the leak source at one time so you can fix them yourself and be done with it. RV's require regular inspection and roof maintenance - caulking is something that every RV does on a regular basis.
