rpm sweet spot on class A with 365hp v10 for mpg?

I'm in the process of buying a new to me 2008 Georgetown 36' ds350. After driving it i noticed that it is a high revving engine. No problem. But very different from my diesel. I'm curious. For those of you with (i think) 2006+ v10 what is the rpm sweet spot on class A for mpg?

I run about 63 MPH which works out to about 2200 RPM. Average about 7 MPG.
