I have a 1994 a winnebago brave 24โ and need someoneโs opinion on this. Iโm not getting fuel to the TBI carburetor on the Chevy 454 motor. I have changed the fuel filter the fuel pump rebuilt the carb. ( actually I just put new screens on the injectors and on the carb along with new gasket) It still wonโt run and Iโm so stuumped could it be the ecm? Help please

If I had to guess your in tank pump went bad and is now a restriction to the external pump. Since you have an external pump can you re-route the external pump intake to suck fuel out of a 5 gallon gas can? Providing your main tank is not full you can leave the return in the main tank so you're only dealing with one hose. Then see if the truck will start and keep running. Of course it will matter if the external pump is rated for enough flow and pressure to operate the engine.

TBI so it has what looks like a carburetor but there are two injectors in the throat. Check the fuel lines from the TBI back to the firewall. See if there's a schrader valve on the line that you can depress and see if fuel spurts out. If no valve you'll probably have to figure out how to get the fuel pump running constantly. Then while the pump is running crack loose a line at the TBI and see if fuel comes out.

Did you try the OBD (on-board diagnostics)?

No whatโs that?

Depending on wether you have OBD1 or OBD1.5 the data available on a 1994 is limited (compared to more modern vehicles), but none the less it is always a good place to start (I.e: the easiest first). Other than that with the air cleaner off when you pump the throttle does it squirt gas in the carb? When you pull a spark plug and ground it does it spark?
I have no idea what you have checked, but as far as I can recall, an OBD from back in the day might likely diagnose an ECM problem.

Thanks again and thereโs spark at the plugs but no gas squirting out at the TBI carburetor. So I added another inline fuel pump just to see if that would work because the one thatโs in the gas tank Iโm told is only six months old. I got it to start but it immediately dies. Iโm going to have a diagnostic done on it, a guy quoted me a 150.00 to do it then went up to 280.00 before he even came out and I got mad and canceled. Iโm on a limited budget right now
