Colaw's in Carthage Missouri is a great resource. I have made the trip from OKC many times. Very helpful in-person and on the phone. But I am a huge advocate of in-person and "wandering" their property to see what you can find. I think it's safe to say they have at least one each of every make/model/configuration.

The link that I gave in a previous post lists several Holiday Rambler Endeavor coaches including a 1998, and 2000 models. If you could determine if either of these years use the same fuel filler as your 1999, then it appears that they should be able to send you the part.
Go to that site and find an Endeavor that you are interested in and click on the picture. This will then show you all of the pictures of that coach and you may be able to match up your fuel filler.

I've called a couple of them on the list and am waiting on return calls to see if they can find a fuel filler neck for mine. Apparently, Ford and Monaco doesn't make them anymore and can't seem to find a suitable replacement for my year model....soooo...it's time to dig around int eh salvage yards.
