Years ago when our parents went to Florida for a few winter months a year, they brought along a stand-alone screen house. I heard it was a lot of trouble when the storms rolled in.
What you have is a whole lot more robust. And I like that it is an extension of your house. Of coarse you need full hook-ups and tow another vehicle for the obvious reason of keeping things assembled.
And don't set it up on grass for so long a time, only aggregate. An outdoor carpet would do real good for what you have there.
