Sewer solution

I just purchased this for our MH as our dump connection is literally inches from the ground with the hoses attached. It's been a real pain trying to dump at times as I found myself walking the sewage down the hose to the sewer connection.

This system seems like it will fix this problem. My issue is the extension hose only has aluminum connectors to attach the hoses together - no hose clamps are included. Anyone who has used the extension, have you had any issues with the hoses coming apart without clamps? It seems like it could be a problem. Not to mention the hose connect to the pump doesn't have a hose clamp at the elbow at the end of the hose either. The only hose clamp it at the pump where the hose is attached.

This just seems like a accident waiting to happen.

I have used the sewer solution for nearly nine years. The hoses stay secure without the use of clamps. If you attach the extension, you will notice that they slide together while you are twisting in one direction, but will not slide together if you are twisting in the opposite direction. Once you have them joined they stay that way until you twist in the right direction while separating them. I have never experienced one coming apart. Much better than the stinky slinky in my opinion.

x2, if you are worried just put a stainless radiator type hose clamp on it at the junction.

What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?

I don't know what it's made of. Corrugated plastic around 1.00" OD & .750 ID. Probably the same hose material as used on carpet cleaning machines.

Hi et,
I have had the water jet powered sewer solution for several years and love it. Hose clamps are not needed. Just twist the hose onto the aluminum coupler. The unit operates at very low discharge pressure.hope this information eases your mind.
