Slide Out Problem

I have a Itasca 34Y RV. I am having trouble with the passenger side slide out that holds the sofa. Looking from inside the RV at the sofa there is a roller in the middle and one on the left side that the slide out rolls on. The right side does not have a roller. The right side drops down lower than it should. (It drags on the floor) It looks like something is missing on the right side. There is no screw holes, cutout, etc on the right side. It seems like something, like a block, might have been glued on to raise the right side. Please help, I'm lost!! Slide out will only move an inch at a time without having to reset it. Thanks

Look around the drive motor for the make and model.
I am thinking that the third roller may have come loose and fell off.
Looking at make and model could tell if this is possible.

The year is 2011. I bought it used approx 2 years ago. It worked perfect for 1-1/2 years.

Is this unit under warranty? or did you buy it used?...We need the year of the unit..but if you go onto winnebagoind.com.....the entire manuals are there and you should be able to look up your slide and hopefully see exactly what is missing...It almost sounds like some kind of guide or roller snapped off and that block you are talking about was a jury rigged fix...
