Solar Panels

I'm thinking of putting a bigger solar panel on my rig, 09 Winnebago Journey. I've looked but haven't found the answer to my question. It could be out there but I've missed it.

My question is, can I take a bigger wattage solar panel and bolt it to rig using the existing factory wiring or do I need to add newer electronics?

Thanks in advance!

Need a little more information in order to help you out as answers highly depends on what you have now and what you are trying to do.
What size panel do have now?
What type controller are you using, PWM or MPPT?
What size (amps) controller do you have?
What size panel are you planning to get?
What size wire is your factory wiring?
How much battery capacity to you have?
What are you trying to do with putting a bigger panel on?

Depends on size of your controller, amps Vs wire size. If you have a PWM controller you may be able to switch it out for a more efficient MPPT controller. They claim 30% more efficiency in use of same solar panel.
