Top Class Bs for towing?

I enjoyed reading this thread about the top three Bs ( Top three Class B). Since it only focused on build quality I wonder if or how the list would change if you added the variable of towing into the mix. I am searching for a B to pull my boat for short camping/fishing trips. I had PW Lexor and regret selling her and we are back to searching. My wife likes the looks of the vans (PW Lexor or Roadtrek Popular 190), while I like the PW Exel or RT 210 sizes or even the Winnebago Travato if only they weren't V6 w/ only 3500 tow capacity. So lets hear it, how would you rate them for towing? Thanks.

The search continues. It turns out the one I was going to look at has the 4.8L and not the 6.0. I will eventually find one...

Do they make one with a V10?

I would have thought 2007 Roadtrek 190P with the 6.0L V8 would have been your choice. :B

The did up until the demise of the old school Ford vans, and some Excels had them.

If you intend to tow with a Chevy 6.0, you are far ahead to make sure you get a later on with the 6 speed transmission, as they as much less likely to overheat than the 4 speed earlier versions that were kind of famous for getting hot in the mountains.

I've had a change of mind on the Top 3 class B's, My new list is: The very expensive Advanced, Pleasure Way, & Coach House and I eliminated Roadtrek because I've watched way too many videos showing poor workmanship and less than quality materials on the Roadtrek. If I had to come up with a top 4, I think Winnebago would fill in the 4th. spot! Bags. Leisure Travel Vans would definitely make this list, but they don't make class B's any longer.
Land of Opportunity & Liberty 4 ALL!

Mike. Comments are anecdotal or personal opinions, and worth what you paid for them.

The Puma? Why make this hard? 2000 pounds of boat and stuff. Does that include gasoline? 300 pounds of gas. 500 pounds of outboard. Trailer weights what...2500? Five thousand+ pounds?
