Only if your frame is able to support the hitch. I know that on my 1983 Jamboree, they simply added c-channel extensions to the back of the E350 frame. In order to support a heavier duty hitch, at minimum I would have to box in the frame extensions and add air bags to the axle. Also remember that class C's are really impacted when you shift weight off the front wheels, so a heavily loaded hitch will really impact handling.
