Would like to know the ball park value of an '88 Mallard mh.
In 1988 we purchased a new 22 foot Mallard mh. In 2002 we sold it to a good neighbor, and now they would like to sell it but needs to know it's value.
It's 22' with on a Ford E-350, with a 460 engine, it does not have a generator, or roof air. The water heater, fridge and furnace do have Direct Spark Ignition. It has about 65,000 miles on it. There is room for 2 coach, deep cycle, batteries.
I forgot to ask about the tires.

Thanks,
Dusty

If it was well-kept and pretty, I think it could sell in the 3500-5000 range, at least up north. In FL, the price would take an awful beating without A/C.
$5000 would be very attractive to somebody wanting to get into RVing without taking on a mortgage.

In my area it would most likely be around $2,000 to $3,500. Or anyway, that
is what they ask for.

It is going to vary wildly based on condition. I have seen RVs of that age and older that are absolute cream puffs as they have been taken are of. I have also seen 10 year old RVs that are near scrap and hardly worth fixing up. Tire age will make a big different but folks buying often don't know that.

You can try looking it up in NADA or finding comparable ones on places like Craigslist. But honestly, 1 that old with it's deficiencies isn't going to be worth very much. Kind like an old car. just about any might bring $1000 but not much more.

asking price is meaningless. but I doubt any dealer's would be stocking/selling an 88.

Did you check NADA to get a ballpark price.
