Me too. I usually have a list after each trip and like to get after things before they build up. I check underneath with a flashlight and creeper and constantly lube and spray different areas . When I read about

folks winterizing their rigs I am glad that out in CA, that's when we head to the cooler desert for off roading and prospecting.

Washed the residual salt spry off all external surfaces, awning and under-carriage after our trip to the Keys. Tomorrow I will steam clean the carpets and upholstery.

Pulled the drawer out underneath the fridge and glued some wood to the existing thin panel. I have located and identified it as the vibration caused by the subwoofer located nearby.

Finished installing TV after the front nose bracket repair. Sealed the rubber gasket that is in-between the nose cone and roof of the cab. Small leak in heavy rains.

Pulled the front tires off had them balanced and rotated them to the other side. While they were off lubed the calipers pins. Surprisingly they still had a little lube on them.. at 40k everything still looked ok despite no maintenance. Need to do the backs but the setup is a bit different. Probably wait till spring. Never worked on something this heavy.

Just returned from a 2500 mile trip. Replaced mini blind holdown, removed sub woofer that failed as it vibrates too much on bass. Re-glued some wood panels behind front speakers, removed front tv for

access to nose cone. The bracket broke--again--and it squeals like crazy. Going to use fiberglass this time instead of glues that claim they hold anything....

Had an electrical problem. No 110v at general purpose outlets. I looked all over the rv, scratched my head, finally found a 110v outlet in the bath had cycled off. This is something people never think about. Just needed to share the good news!

Picked up some grease on the way home.. the big grease gun dried up and fell apart so sticking with 3oz tubes from now on. Regreased every point in the front I could find, at least 10 but may of been more. About 3 years and 15k way overdue. Changed the oil in the generator. Been about 3 years and 50 hours way overdue. Whoever put the oil filler spot next to the start button needs to FIRED! Let me tell you that makes quite a mess.

Clean up time.. did some casino camping this weekend. Not a big gambler but fun to hit the casino's couple time a year. Interesting and weird people you may see. Stopped by the A-Z in Alma and picked up some quick connect and repair compression fittings. All of my hose ends have issue's it seems. http://www.lrnelson.com/products/hose-repair-2/compression-fit/ .. It's the only place I can find that has them. I've never use another in my lifetime if I have any say!

DH finally chased down the heat shield rattle that two different repair shops couldn't find, and I failed as well. He gets the prize! Took a nice quiet test drive around town to confirm it, I'm thrilled!
Cheers!

I removed the spare tire from the neat rack, between the frame rails on my 31C, which I am selling. That was lots of fun, I realized after the fact that the rack possibly hasn't been touched in about 12 years. The outside rear tire has a bad slice/gouge in it, so I thought I would put the spare in its place. Of course just to make things more interesting the tire with the slice is on an aluminum rim, while the spare naturally is on a steel rim. I got the spare out and it still had the label on the tread, so its obviously never been used. Of course after checking the tire, I found that it was made in 2003. So I have a never been used 12 year old tire. :S
