I tow a Jeep Wrangler behind my motorhome and also looking at towing a small boat behind Jeep, I have checked the laws and I am legal in many states as long as I am under 70 foot, just wanting to know who also does this and how well does it work, I just can't carry my canoe on Jeep roof, to heavy to lift and no where to put motor, so I bought a trailer for canoe.

Also have the police pulled you over for this to check length.

Post pics if you got em, would like to see your set-up.

My length will be about 62 foot from front bumper of motorhome to back of boat trailer, but my canoe will extend about 2-3 foot beyond trailer, hoping my total length won't exceed 65 foot, will find out Monday when I pick up the trailer.

Many?

I will admit I don't know the laws of every state, but if it's legal in Nevada, that makes three states (that I know of) Montana, Texas and Nevada.

It's NOT in Washington, Oregon, California, nor probably every state east of the Mississippi.

When someone tells you to buy the same rig they own, listen, they might be right. When they tell you to buy a different rig then they own, really pay attention, they probably know something you don't.

If you come to Montana, the max length for a double tow (truck/trailer/trailer) is 75 feet. (MCA 61-10-104)
Good luck.
