We had the same issue. It came out, cracked and we had it replaced. Glass guy warned that once it has happened it will continue to happen unless we take precautions. Always try to make left turns when possible instead of right turns because by making wider turns around corners and into driveways it helps keep the front of the coach from flexing. Also try to lower and retract levelers together as much as possible to eliminate as much twisting of the frame and body as possible. Instead of extending levelers a longer distance use blocks under the tires to gain closer to level in those really unlevel areas.
Hope this helps but I am right there with you and in the same boat!
