Winnebago Minnie 2nd fresh watter connection - black tank?

I have a 2001 Winnebago Minnie 29' and have a water connection in the waste bay that I can't figure out what it's for. There is a separate city water and gravity fill outside of this cabinet. When I connect a hose to it I don't hear anything filling. I tried with the pump both on and off with same results. I looked for a valve that might need to be switched and found one under the sink in the bathroom but when switched seems to just drain the water on the ground near the rear tire below. If fallowed the hose from the outside connection and it goes up inside the rv in the bathroom under the sink and then to the side but can't track it further. I'm thinking it may go to this hose connection that is in the bathroom "in picture" but not sure what it is for. Do I connect a tank srayer to this and go in toilet to clean? There is no mention of this in the manual at all so may have been a add on. If anyone has a setup like this that can give me a hint on how to use it would be great. Thanks. Posting a few pics.

Yep, That what it's for. I connected water to the outside and hose inside and it works fine. Now I just need a short hose for the inside to connect to a sprayer. I'm not sure why they just didn't install a tank spray system but I guess this works fine too.
I found a 3 foot white hose at WalMart.

Really I think folks get too excited about cleaning out the black water tank. We use a "poop pellet" in the tank every time we use the RV, with the enzymes to break down the waste. Then when I get ready to dump the tanks at the storage place I have a little block of wood I use to hold open the toilet valve and I let the rest of our freshwater tank drain into the black water tank to fill it up.

Then I pull the valve and let 'er go! Follow up with dumping the grey tank and that's that.

I never bother with spraying out the black tank.

Never seen a tank flush on the inside. :? I guess it could be an after market add on.

That would be my guess, hook a hose to the outside one, & a hose to the bathroom one, then turn the outside one on & see if anything comes out of the bathroom one. Be sure to direct the inner hose somewhere safe, like into the toilet.
