Zip Dee Awning

I have a 1998 Country Coach with Zip Dee Awnings. I want to wind up the spring on the main awning. Over the years its lost a lot of its tension. I wound the spring in the slide topper but i'm not sure if the main is done the same way and which end(front or back) do I wind from? :h
