Flatout good!

Why have I not discovered the versatility of Flatout flatbread until now? Besides the standard wraps, these things make great cracker-thin (but not too thin) pizzas on the grill. The trick is not going overboard on the sauce. I don't even need to post specific recipes, because anything goes, from standard pizza ingredients to breakfast to dessert. They don't take up much space in an RV fridge and they seem to last forever.

I haven't seen that brand yet but do love a good flatbread! Satisfies my want for bread w/o overloading on carbs which does serious wrong to my digestive system. OP is right, who needs a recipe when just looking at it makes ideas spark? Pizza, torn up for dips, make a sandwich after heating the bread on a grill or microwave; use to make a tomato bread salad or even bread pudding.

Found a locally made Turkish flat bread that's struck my fancy of late: Ekmek

And on the East coast, Stop n Shop, sells various types of Indian flatbreads in their bakery department.

The sandwich thins work good too. You can slive them in half. They are smaller than a typical pizza, but that is one thing good about them. You can make individual pizzas to each's liking. They also work good in pie irons.

We have been making our own home pizza's since as long as I can remember on flatbread or Lavash Bread. I would recommend you try Lavash Bread which is available at Trader Joe's as it is a bit thinner (but still not too thin) than flatbread.
