I have not tried this yet, but am definitely going to make one soon because it sounds great.

Crust
1 (8 oz) package of full fat cream cheese, room temperature
2 eggs
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Topping
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
toppings - pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms, peppers
Garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350.

Lightly spay a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. With a handheld mixer, mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese until combined. Spread into baking dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes, our until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes.

Spread pizza sauce on crust. Top with cheese and toppings. Sprinkle pizza with garlic powder. Bake 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Two ways I have cooked a no dough oizza are the following ways-

Meatcrust Pizza
Ground Turkey
Mozzarella
Tomato Sauce
Toppings

Brown turkey, seasoned with italian seasoning. Once cooked, mix approximately 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese in until it meat can be compacted together without crumbling. Spread on a pan and spread tomato sauce on top. Add whatever toppings you like, sprinkle with more cheese and bake at 375 for about 20 minutes until cheese on top is melted. Use tin foil to line your rack if you are using a non-lipped pan.

Portabella Pizza
Portabella Mushroom cap
Tomato sauce
Italian seasoning
Mozzarella cheese
Toppings of your choice

Clean insude of mushroom cap and add layer of tomato sauce, seasonings, toppongs and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

I make a crustless chicken pizza. I pound chicken breasts to 1/4" thickness, place them in a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil on the bottom, season the chicken with whatever seasoning you like them add pizza sauce and whatever veggies you like them cheese on top. Cook until cheese is browned and chicken is done.

Here's one that can be low carb but it is a good one either way:

TORTILLA PIZZAS

Flour tortillas or whole grain ( works great with pita bread )
cheese : mozzarella , cheddar , goat , feta
Pizza sauce
tomato slices
sliced or chopped onions
oregano
olive oil
parsley chopped
pepperoni slices or sausage crumbles

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread sauce evenly across the tortilla, leaving 1/2 inch around the edges. Sprinkle with cheese and toppings.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbling (no sooner!) and the edges of the tortilla are lightly browned. Slice and serve.
No person is completely worthless ... one can always serve as a bad example.

Duh, I can just make half into Pizza and try some other topping on the left over crust if I do not like it as Pizza.

Sounds good but I would like to try it smaller. I will cut the time when the half size one bakes.
