Smoked or BBQ'd

While at Costco today I purchased a BBQ Beef Sandwich with coleslaw on the bottom. Thought I remembered Super Dave posting a picture of a smoked or bbq'd brisket sandwich with coleslaw and remembered thinking it may taste strange, however, that sandwich from Costco was delicious! I'm sitting here going through posts trying to find Super Dave's pictures, however, no luck. Does anyone remember that post or am I reinventing what he posted? Anyway, thinking about all of Super Dave's recipes . . . has made me start drooling! :B

Wow!! If you thought that Costco sammie was good,, you're gonna love the real thing. As I recall, Costco dips their beef out of a crockpot? You can also smoke a chuck roast for good pulled beef sammiches.
