Mark, of the Rapid Response Team promised that he had refunded my payment for an order and the $20.00 freight charge for an order I never received and still shows as processing since May 15th.

Mark insisted that I take the conversation to PM so that he could handle it for me. Well, that hasn't worked. I've been at this for about two or three weeks with Mark now.

Does Camping World and Good Sam just not give a damn? I want my money back NOW!

Have ou not read ANY of the threads where CW is having horrible computer problems.

Just report it as fraud to your CC company and then order somewhere else.
