I recently ordered the 2015 edition.
Received an e-mail on Nov. 26 that it had shipped, however nothing has changed on the order status since then.(a week later)
I called customer service and was informed that CW doesn't actually receive them but they are shipped by the producer, however not until they have pallet full, to go bulk. CS person also volunteered that some customers that had ordered the 2014 edition had never received them for that reason.
This is the time of year people are planning future trips and want to use the guide.

this may be a good way to keep costs down, but not a good way to keep customers.
it might be wise to put something along with the listing to explain the shipping process.

also would be better to ship two or three times a month no matter if a full pallet or not.

I'll try to answer the responses to my post.
Yes it replaced the Trailer Life book.

The nearest CW is about 60 mi so by the time I made that round trip I would be better off just paying cover price if available at a bookstore.

I have ordered guides in the past knowing that they wouldn't be shipped until late Dec It's not an issue if informed upfront.
The CW offrer makes no mention of them not being available toship when ordered ($5 shipping)

It can take several weeks for these to arrive once shipped and the estimated time frame for arrival on orders placed before December 1st is for them to be in homes by the 1st of January or before. I hope this helps and please let me know if you need anything else. Thank you and have a good day!

Normally or at least in the past, you will get the Good Sam Travel Guide right around Christmas. They are shipped from the printers.

Are you talking about the old Woodalls CG Book? Is it now called goodsam travel guide since they took that over?

If that's the case That thing is SOOO big and heavy they could never afford to ship them out individually.

They used to carry those in the CW store. Cancel your order and buy it at the store if Goodsam still continues that option. You might have to call your CC company and decline the charge instead of waiting a lifetime to get the refund though!

BTW: you can find out more about CG's right on line now then using that old anchor. :W
