While traveling in NY state I received an email (on the road) with a 10% coupon for Canadian customers to go to Camping World. I tried the link to get the coupon with no luck. Why have a physical coupon? Just use the membership details to confirm the info and give the discount.
Also, in another email it said that CW would let GSC members dump their holding tanks. I called the store in Syracuse, NY directly and they told me it was a private use only with NO water. I went to the store and low and behold the dump station was out in the front parking lot with no signage preventing use and they was water there. Why lie to me?
I used it and nobody said anything. CW had no idea that this program was setup. Talk about the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.
Incentive programs need to be communicated properly to participating stores.
I did get my 10% discount without the coupon but it held me up 10 minutes while the clerk ran around trying to figure it out.
