Our Furrion TV has died. The Wal-Mart near our next stop has a Vizio in stock and the correct size. I have never replaced a tv in an RV. Any reason that a standard tv will not work? TIA

My 32" TV is a Vizio, about 10 yrs old
Been cross country and back, watched everyday,
Not a Wi-Fi smart tv with apps,
But it has 3 HDMI ports
I can explain it to you.
But I Can Not understand it for you !

Replaced both TVs in RV with Vizio and both TVs in S&B with Vizio

2008 for RV
2017 for S&B

ALL working great...2008 models don't have same features the 2017 models do but for the RV are good enough

So what's wrong with Vizio???
Is it time for your medication or mine?

I replaced the original television in our trailer with a 32" Visio 5 years ago and it still works well. It is not a "smart" television but is fine for us right now.

No reason at all, but I'd look at Sony or Samsung before buying a Vizio. New TVs have wifi and apps and you DO want that. They're not all the same, and you get what you pay for.

It's best if you listen to them first. Some TVs have really horrible sound.

I never had an issue replacing a TV. Consider plugging an extra HDMI in before mounting if not on a swivel mount.
