why don't you, test it by doing some of your web surfing
this might be a slow data connection/networking problem
NOT a PC problem
compare the web surfing of her PC to your PC
if pages are slower , have some kind of problem, then it could be her PC
if pages load the same, but only her virtual network is slow, the problem might be at the other end at the S&B
she could also try using your laptop to log in into the S&B PC
to compare operation speed
I can explain it to you.
