Outside TV quick release bracket

I am looking for a bracket that will allow me to hang a bracket on the exterior of my motor home and hang a TV on it without screwing the bracket each time. Would prefer a swivel type bracket with some type of mount on the TV to slide it on the bracket when I want to use. Is there any such thing even made?

I have one of those. It works fine for that purpose.
