Install butyl tape under the dish, fasten the screws into the roof (don't overtighten), and seal with Dicor. It's not going anywhere.
The OP is NOT worried about installing it. He is concerned about the slope effecting the antenna.

Lets see if I can do this as succinct as possible.
1. Installing a Winegard SK-SWM3 Directv Trav'ler satellite antenna.
2. Instructions state no more that 3/16" off parallel. Said differently, the total crowning distance can not be more that 3/16". You can't (shouldn't) bolt a flat surfaced (antenna) to a curved surface (roof).
3. I'm interested to hear from others as to how they installed the Trav'ler on the crowned (Convexed) roof.
4. My hope is that someone has a solution or suggestion as to how the solved this problem. Not installing the antenna is not a option.
Thanks
