2002 pace arrow blowouts

has anyone had blowouts on there 2002 pace arrow i have had two on the inside passenger side dual twice! every time it causes 10k in damage. I am wondering if it is the exhaust pipe that is in front of tires that is heating up the inside dual making it blow. I change tires every 30k or 3 years which every comes first. I need help.

How far did you get on the tires before the first blow out? And how long between the first and second blowout. Did you swap both tires each time you had a blowout or just the one inner tire?

I wonder if you dont have a tire height problem. If the new inner one was taller than the outer it would carry more of the load than the outer one would.
