Having Mail Forwarded: Suggestions?

I know a lot of you get snail mail sent to their addresses while they're on the road. Can anyone recommend a decent service?

A buddy of mine told me to check out http://postscanmail.com, but I haven't had time to look at it yet.

Looks a bit pricey if you receive much mail, I didn't read all the details but I would say there are many mail forwarding services that would be less expensive.

Hmm...I do like the feature that allows you to read a digital copy of your mail. Plus, I'm always on my smartphone/tablet...I like receiving notifications whenever I get a piece of mail in.

I'm doing a small road trip, hitting up comic book stores and even San Diego Comic Con this summer.

I run a small comic book/toy business through ebay and amazon, so keeping up to date with my transactions on the road would be really convenient.

PostScan Mail seems like the best bet right now, but I'm looking at these other suggestions.

I will be going with St. Brendan's Isle in Florida. They are very reasonable and the online system looks very good.

We really like the service provided by Escapees in Texas. We use them year round so we still get our US mail forwarded to us when we are back in Australia.

My bank has a free online app that allows me to set up bill paying either manually or automatically. Mine is set up to pay the balance automatically and I can move money into the account on line as well. I leave it that way whether I'm on the road or not. The remaining mail is usually garbage and I have the PO hold it. They'll do that for 30 days at a time, so I ask a friend to pick up the junk once a month and save it for my return.
In return, I take care of their mail and furkids while they are out of town. And I spoil them so they won't eat dry dog food when Mom and Dad come home. 😉
Retired and visiting as much of this beautiful country as I can.

We use the MyRVMail.com service (I think its the same one that Good Sam partners with). You can see a robust list of RV mail forwarding options (and recommendations) here.

We have our mail forwarded during the winter and held during summer camping trips. I put a large print sign in the post office telling the mail person to hold or forward the mail. Sign is covered with plastic and taped in place.

www.myrvmail.com located in Crestview FL. You can set it up as your permanent address also if you full time. Different levels of service depending on what you want to pay for. I found their basic service reasonable and their customer service excellent.

Last winter I just had my mail forwarded by the USPS to the CG in GA where I wintered. When I got there and knew my site # I went online and did a temporary change of address. Then about two weeks before I left GA I just went online and had it changed back to the PO box in WV. This works OK if you are staying at one place for an extended time. This may not work in your situation. The USPS does have a Premium Mail service but I didn't look at it since the freebie worked for me.
