What is the socket size to remove rod for draining. I have a 6 gal. tank. Thanks

Not really. The business end of the pressure washer won't fit through the hole anyway. I installed a narrow spray nozzle and held it off the opening about an inch and let it rip. Blew all the stuff right out, on me and my sweatshirt and the driveway and I had a 'look see' afterwards with my bore scope and it's clean as a whistle inside.

As already said, 1 1/16". Many 4 way lug wrenches have that size.
