$199 per hour shop labor rate

I was floored today while at General RV. Their new 2018 labor rate charged is $ 199 hr. I had to look twice. It goes up every year. 5 hours working on your rig ... $1000 bucks, not including parts.

For that much jack are they all ASC certified mechanics? I'd want to know up front. That is a bit steep. I retired from Freightliner of Toledo (Now Valley Freightliner and their shop rate is much less, around 150 per hour labor and they are all certified technicians. Not a plug but I'm personal friends with the service manager and I know they do good work, I used to work there and I'm good too.
