1996 Pleasureway

Hello, I am new to the Forum. I am interested in buying a 1996 pleasure way that I see on rvtrader.com, and it looks to be in pretty good shape. My question is, it's listed at $19,500, is that a good price? The only reason why I think it might be a little on the high side is that the NADA value is much higher.

Based on current values for a B van, the price is right in line.   Although it seems high, B vans are in high demand now—hence the high price.   We have a ‘97 Pleasureway STW which we have owned for five years now.   You won’t find a better RV than the PW!

Jd power shows the adverage valuse is 7000.00 for the rear dinett model.  so going by that it is very over priced, but who knoes how accurate JD power, NADA and other such sites are.
