Brake Buddy Classic II with Honda CRV

We replaced our 15 year old Brake Buddy when it finally died with a new Classic II model. Unfortunately the handle on the new one doesnโ€™t contact the seat because the device itself hits the seat frame on one side first.

Our CRV is a 2010, a pretty common toad, so there must be other owners who have seen this issue. Anybody have any good ideas to solve it?

Thanks

Call Brake Buddy tech support. They are always most helpful.

Try putting a piece of wood (like 1/4" plywood) between the seat and BB.
