I have been applying ZEP floor Wax to my 2000 REXHALL Rose Air , and decided to try it on my headlights as well !

A M A Z I N G L Y ...................... It did a FANTASTIC JOB !
One light was Sorta foggy ... the Drivers was YELLOW ....
It turned them BOTH into what looks like BRAND NEW !
I used it on my CRV & Hyundai Tuscon as well... and it had the SAME incredible results.

I applied more than one coat , with no preparation cleansing.

I have used ZEP on my other Motorhomes & Boats ,for many years ... and it does a FANTASTIC job... even after years of being there.

Hope this helps someone else.

A temporary solution, maybe.
How hard can it be to do it once or twice a year.

I have had lens CLEANING in the past , with toothpaste , scrubbing-sanding , and polished/buffed with unknown chemicals.
They have been a TEMPORARY fix.
The reason I am HOPEFUL that this is different, since there is no real effort to REMOVE any surface damage, but rather, just to Polish it.
AND ... even if it DOES return , ZEP is plentiful , and it only takes 30 seconds to apply 2-3 coats and redo the process, so I am game for that .

Cleaning lenses is a temporary solution.

Far better to Google the DOT number on the lens and try to determine what automobile they came off of and buy a new set on eBay. Lenses can be cleaned but the problem is ultraviolet light has depleted whatever is in the plastic that protects it. They will only fog over again very quickly. Nothing lasts forever and that is very true of plastic headlights.
