Gray Tank Cleaning

Any recommendations on how to get the grease off and out of the gray tank due which results from the cleaning the pots and pans? The residue seems to get clogged in the drains and in the tank?

Pull 'P' trap and physically clean

Get some Unique RV Degreaser
