I'll keep this short. I'm 37 years old with a family and pets....have lived in Tidewater, VA my entire life. Started out backpacking the AT 20 years ago and slowly worked my way into camping / rving....haven't stopped.
Due to life and job changes, I decided to accept a job in Northern MD. Office HQ is there, so I need to make a presence when I'm not traveling (extensive travel and work from home as well). In short, this was...and is...a major adjustment for my family and I but it's an awesome step in our lives together.
Decided the best and cheapest way to make it work was to workamp when I'm "in the office". Came out with my 29' Bullet and BOY has it been a waking experience. Weather has been nothing but snow, ice, and LOW temps......had to heat tape everything, insulate the floor and windows, figure out ways to make my heating efforts more efficient...you name it.
So far it's been a "crazy" experience but I love it..... Camping for work......doesn't get better than that.
Hope everyone is well....
