Park model

We have a lot in a campground on Cape Cod, and were looking at buying a “Park Model” from Park Model Direct (Skyline) in Pennsylvania . Has anybody had experiences with this company or buying a park model to be delivered?

I looked at them for my lot up North at a local dealer. He had them marked down to his cost to get rid of them. The inside was very poorly constructed. I'm looking at a Ceder Creek Cottage. While not a park model it's called a destination trailer ment to be parked on a site. Others at the park have bought Kropf park models. I do not know much about them.
