Texas to reopen State Parks

Texas will reopen its state parks on Monday April 20.
Some restrictions are listed;
Masks will be required and no groups larger than 5. Stay 6 feet away from others not in same household group.

Good. Glad some states are using common sense. You will see the numbers will still drop even after they open the state parks.
