I would think the demand would go up driving the price of used units upward as people need to find a place to live while they rebuild. True statement?

Or maybe demand goes down because there are lots of people with more important things to spend money on - and that includes people who get insurance payoffs for flooded RVs.

increase next couple weeks as the need is there. Tapering off as used units come south because of demand and then bottom will fall out as people will not know if the rig was in the flood.

If you are selling your unit and can establish that it was well away from flood areas, yes, it should push the used prices up.

If you can't prove it was outside of flood areas, it could push it down as people assume it's a flooded piece of junk that was cheaply cleaned up.

Or the market gets flooded with cheap flood repaired units...
