I've been reading online about these items. I'm trying to learn the differences between the models. One thing I'm still confused about is the top adjustment feature. Some have a screw on top and the other has the tee handle adjustments. Why is that? Are there other differences in all these? Which is just the easiest to use? Maybe I'm missing something. Thanks

For a lot less $$ a Renator regulator does the same job and is just as easy to use,set it and forget it.

Both are the same...just different adjustment handles...
I set mine about 3 years ago and haven't touched it since. Don't be worried how it adjusts, you won't be adjusting it very often.
