Explosion next to vet office

This is terrible... the parents of my vet lived next to the vet clinic. Momma passed a few years ago, but dad still lived there. This morning, 2 minutes after their dad left the house, the house exploded.

Someone was looking over them - no vet clients in the area at the time of the explosion.

They lost family heirlooms, but dad is safe and well.

When considering all the factors, it's nothing short of a miracle. 9 am is usually bustling up there with clients. There's only about 25 to 30 feet between the house and the vet clinic. Thank God their dad was out of the house and there weren't any clients walking or driving by when it went boom.
