1991 Ford E350 Jamboree windshield separated

Hi All,

3 months ago I replaced my cracked windshield on a 1991 E350 Jamboree MH. Now it separated from the chassis and it seems that the only thing holding it to place is the silver colored trim around it. I guess that the workshop that replaced it didn't do a good job. I also noticed that the back side of the receipt says that there is warranty for motorhomes (they didn't tell me that when they did the job...) I am trying to understand what to do next. My questions:

1. They used a back glue to fix and seal the windshield to the chassis. Is that the correct way or should there have been a rubber seal?
2. Is this a known problem or if done right there should be no problem?
3. Any suggestions?

Thanks
-Guy

What do you mean? This is completely on the chassis.
Thanks, Guy.

I,d think its the MH frame roting away from the window frame.
