I noticed this hose like think sticking out from the back the other day:

Clicky

It appears to be a sensor but not positive. I pushed it back flush to the wall. Not sure if that was the correct thing to do. Anyone know for sure what this is?

That appears to be a Dometic frig. That is the Thermistor,it fits in a clip and clips on the cooling fin to adjust the temperature of the frig.

Nope. Drain is on the left under the tray. Drains into a little built in funnel like outcropping then out the drain hose on the outside.

See here.

This thing has a solid end.
