The roof is in good shape but I need to recaulk ASAP. Anyone have any advice on how to do that or what product to use? I've got a little leak from the A/C water from scrubbing the roof edges last week so I need to get this done pronto.

Thanks!

Clean and scrub area to be repaired with bleach/water solution-diluted.
Clean repair area with alcohol.
Use a polymer based sealant/caulk like Dicor, Proflex RV, or Geocel 2300.
Do NOT use latex or silicone based sealants.
Good luck.

Excellent Advice!

I'd only add to let the whole thing dry completely after the water washing and alcohol prep.

I commented on this in the other thread. If the air conditioner is still being used, water may still enter at the caulk failure point, not to mention rain and dew.
IMO, the best tactic is to immediately seal that failure point, the wall interior will dry out on it's own, it is not perfectly sealed.

Hope this link helps How to on Dicor.

Dicor also makes a non self leveling caulk for more verticle surfaces.
