From what you stated you have torsion axles. You can lift them. But NOT at a RV center. A 4X4 shop that does lifts or a fabrication shop. Make shure that you add cross braces at the axle extention mount. Cut off axle mount add rectangle box tubing as needed for lift. But be warned you can kiss your warranty on the axles goodbye.

The trailer is fitted with a set of axles that are already on little rails so they have perfect alignment. The trailer factory then welds the little axle rails to the bottom of the trailer frame rails.

To "flip" you get the axle rails "unwelded" from the trailer rails, insert a new fat rail of the height needed each side and weld that all back on. This preserves your axle alignment on their original little rails.

You might have to add wire to the brake wires to get the wires long enough for the new distances.

You will need to install a lift to extend the lengths of the hangers.
I have seen plenty of threads with rectangular steel tube welded to the bottom of the frame to increase height. Usually with cross bracing.

Fifth Wheel and Travel Trailers forum should have more info.
