Costco in BC 6v Batteries--What AH?

I see the local Costco has 6v batteries now for $115. No useful info showing on them, nobody around to ask, didn't have my bathroom scales with me to weigh them ๐Ÿ˜ž

The sign says they are 115RC and 108CCA, which is rubbish of course.

Anybody know what these really are and who makes them? Thanks.

Thanks. I see here that Deka GC-15 is 115RC and 215AH while a T-105 is 115RC and 225AH.

Looking at this picture, they must be the Deka. The ones in Costco had that same twin bar (twist opener) across the caps, which is distinctive. Not sure what it means with the 230AH on this version of GC-15.

Rats, now they have the numbers all changed so the old 15 is now the 10, except the Rc is not 115. Anyway they look like Dekas whichever one it is.

GC2 are often rated RC at 75 amps vs 12v batteries at 25 amps.
Gives a more realistic comparison for operating an actual golf car.

Trojan does same.
Good info!

smk, I think there is confusion. I thought RC was like AH in that one 6 had it all for a pair as 12v. ISTR my 232AH 6s have 474RC? My old 27DCs had 180RC and 120AH.

My camping neighbour was thinking of getting these Costco 6s so I thought I'd see what AH they were. New here that they carry any 6s.

115RC (75a?) translates to about 216 Ah using US Battery specifications.
I thought you already had 700+ Ah :E

What's the brand name and model?

It has a black casing and a yellow sticker with " 6v Golf Cart Battery" written on it in big writing. ๐Ÿ™‚ That's it.
