Is there a way to completely reset this thermostat? We just bought a 2016 5th wheel and the thermostat has so many whacked out presets on it the AC and the heat are actually running at the same time!!! HELP! We had to leave for a week a day after we bought it and put the heat down to 55 degrees thinking all would be well. Came back to find both of our full propane tanks completely empty because the thermostat was running for both AC and heat the entire time!?!? Just nuts! Thanks in advance for the help.

I have to do a reset sometimes when a customer brings it in. They have tried to program so many things, the only way I can quickly get the unit to respond is to reset and erase all the previous programming. Also, if you have a CCC2 and you show MORE zones than what you have, the OEM did not do a reset at the factory and if you do a reset it will erase all zones not installed on your RV. Doug
