Brand new cruiser embrace 2019 EL310.. Did my walkthrough on the trailer at the dealer everything was perfect brought it home and uhooked it and nothing electrical will work except for my one main slide and my awning.. The instrument panel with all my gages on it for water and things does not light up either. I checked the main circuit panel all of the breakers are good. Any ideas?

I am curious about the 7-pin #4 if the trailer batts have a reversal. Would that blow the fuse in the truck (Stud 1 in a Chev) or the relay in a Ford? The OP made two trips with it like that. Should he check his truck?

Hey guys it's been a few days but I wanted to thank you all for all your help.. So I brought the camper back to the dealer. the next day they called me with embarrassment.. Like some of you said swap the terminals on the battery.. while you are correct.. Everything works fine now which blows my mind.. That would have been the last thing I thought to mess with seeing that everything worked correctly at the dealer.. But lone behold I guess we were on shore power the whole time during my walk through of the new camper. So thanks again for all the help..

Thanks for all the replays everyone..so to Doug's reply I just wanted to say that when I took it off of the truck Thursday night at home coming from the dealership. I never plugged it in to the house because I didn't have the correct connections to do so.
So I tried to turn things on like lights and little things. And that is when I noticed nothing was working anymore.. but the main slide and the awning still were..so it was from the ride from the dealership to home something went wrong..

OK, It is possible that the dealer connected the battery reversed. THEN, they realized it and connected it correctly. BUT, that would blow the Converter fuses. They did not check the Converter. The system would still operate 120 and 12 volts at the Dealer even with a BAD converter. Once the 12 volt battery ran down from the converter NOT working, then you had a problem at home. Doug

Recommendation to O/P

Replace the converter in the RV. then lift the NEGATIVE terminal off the battery and isolate it.. (Make sure the wire(s) do not touch any other metal)

now see if it plays pop-a-fuse when you plug in. If it does nto hook a volt meter to the battery leads (NOT yet connected) and see if the terminal you disconnected is perhap the POSITIVE lead (as indicated by the meter) if so.. Reverse battery. if not. Return to dealer.

It depends on two things... If the slide is direct to the battery and it is NOT polarity reversed then yes it will work just fine since it has its own fuse and such.

Second.. depending on how the slide controls work (Electronic or mechanical switch) if it is a simple SPDT center off reversing switch. THE SLIDE will work only OUT and IN on the switch... Reversed.

connecting to 220 will also blow those fuses, but usually, even tho the fuses blow, the converter will still be fried. As to why? I have no idea. If it worked at the Dealer and then YOU plugged in at home, that points to YOU having a 120 power supply problem. Years ago we sold a 30 amp Airstream Land Yacht Motorhome and everything worked great at delivery on shore and Genset. They went straight home to their Dairy Farm and then called us complaining that a lot of their appliances did not work at their Farm. It turned out they connected to 220 Plug in their large work barn. So, things happen that are not a dealers or OEM's fault. My take on these type things is simple. IF it worked as designed at delivery and then you call back in a few days with a major problem, odds are YOU caused it. But, people will argue this point and never own up to it. Doug

What was the set-up at the dealer's when you did the walk-through? On dealer battery or on his shore power, or were batteries installed afterwards?

Any trouble with your 7-pin?

I hear what you are saying with polarity.but then why did everything work perfect at the showroom on my walkthrough.then a hour later at the house nothing? And that was without plugging it into 110.and let me ketch a mistake I said earlier.. bolt fuses were shot when I pulled the converter out .when I put new fuses in only one popped.. not 2 like when I located it. And if it means anything it was the top fuse everytime.? Thanks

Battery polarity reversed?

The ONLY thing that will blow both Converter fuses are connecting the Battery reversed and THEN plugging in the 120 to the trailer. Doug

Hi guys thanks for all of Help.. So I have checked all the things you guys have mentioned and this is what I have found so far.. Battery disconnect toggle switch is working fine. I did find when reading through one of the manuals The converter that was hidden under the fridge.. It has to 40 amp fuses On it that were Both blown..so I replaced them and hit the battery disconnect and one of the 2 instantly popped..so I pulled the converter all the way out and brought it in the house with 2 new fuses.. plugged it in on the wall and the fan kicked on then shut off and no fuse popped..??
