I saw this on my deal site I visit. I have no knowledge of this generator and I am just passing it along in case anyone was looking. As usual do your homework on it first.

Chances are if you buy a name brand product and pay the price you'll get more than you expect. Chances are if you go cheap and buy and knock-off you'll get less than you expect. At least that's how it works in my world.

When I say ya get what ya pay for I am comparing these off brand gens to one of these. I have owned this one for at least 7 years and it was used then. It can set for a year or more at a time and after a couple pulls it fires right up and does not miss a beat!

My 2000watt gen will not run my 9200btu

Response from some of us:

Did you turn your fridge off auto so it is running on propane? Is the sweat for the fridge off?

Did you make sure your batteries were charged?

Just saying.

Some think that they can do it all!

AC, Fridge, run the microwave and the wife uses her hair dryer, why is my gen not running?

Sigh, It sounds like if they had put a $600 price tag on it it would have been a dandy. :B

Far too many ¨reviewers tear open the box then run to the keyboard.

For instance a 200 dollar goose down quilt.

¨Going to return it. It came out of the box flat, nothing like the photo. So disappointed DO NOT BUY

Thia was my comment to her and everyone

Ever see a backpacker who has a huge goose down bag stuffed into a small bag which is strapped to a backpack frame...

Stick the thing in a clothes drier with a pair of clean tennis shoes. Set for 30 minutes and viola cumulus cloud. Warmer !Fluffier!

So beware of reviews. Question the reviewer. My POS el maximo warmo thinsulate comforter was highly recommended. One 5 star reviewer is from florida. Another claimed her 5 lb fill down comforter was way too hot for her preference of a seventy degree bedroom. DUHH, she gave it a 2 star review.

People comment about stuff they have zero experience with. Some kind of diarrhea of the keyboard thing.

That 4000 watt unit for 149.00 looks like a great stand by generator for those times when needed at Home when the power goes out and noise is not an issue. I don't imagine its "QUITE QUIET: at all!!! 🙂

I guess it depends on which reviews you want to believe. I tend to believe the ones that point out detailed information as to why something isn't right. Not just "great little unit" or, "runs my air fine."

I trust Amazon reviews.. others, not so much.

Everyone wants good quality, but nobody wants to pay for it.

Not only apples to generators, applies to RV's as well.

Well how much are three of them versus one Honda 2200? 52db x 3? Three generator fuel consumption?

Sorta like considering running duals on the front to compensate for poor quality tires?

Specs on gen says that "2300" has 1800 really. The Honda 2200 has 1800 really..
The spec says that. Whether it actually "is" that is another matter.
