Henry 887 and Eternabond RoofSeal

About a year ago I rolled on a layer of Henry 887 covering most of my EPDM rubber roof. I was up there a couple weeks ago and found that I need to seal the front seam and figured I would go ahead and do the rest including: the rear, sides, and those for vents, etc. I wanted to use the Eternabond RoofSeal, but noticed it will not adhere to silicone. Since the rubber membrane has the Henrys on it (which is 100% silicone), what are y'alls suggestions? I will add that I pulled all the putty like tape from the front seam on both sides. I have unscrewed the piece that runs over the rubber and to the aluminum front yet to get what's underneath it.

I have a 2000 Fleetwood Wilderness Lite (825Y)
