On my HR I have a switch so I can run either the front or the rear air conditioner when on shore power but not both. What is the best way to run both air conditioners at the same time when on shore power? I know that it will involve some re-wiring. Where and how do I re-wire? Thanks for your help.

30 amp RV? If you rewire both to operate off the 30a panel you will really be maxed out. Also a 30a panel is limited to five branch circuits so something else may need to share such as electric water heat and microwave.
Otherwise you need to pull wire from the switch to the panel to get power to both. Or as said above to break out power from one of the units to a separate plug.
Add an auxiliary shore power cord for the air conditioner you use the least often.
